Quality Policy

SIA ARMGATE (“Company”) was established in 1994. The type of business activity of the Company is sales and installation, maintenance and repair services of laboratory and measuring equipment, and development of new medical devices (“Business Activities”). The ISO 9001 Quality Management System (“QMS”) scope covers: Sales and installation, maintenance and repair services of laboratory and measuring equipment. Development of new medical devices.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established an QMS which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are available to all employees.

We comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements which relate to quality and customer satisfaction, and to which the Company subscribes.

Although the Top Management have ultimate responsibility for quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the Company.

This Policy has been communicated to all staff, and is available to all contractors, suppliers, customers and the public on the Company’s website www.armgate.lv.
